Hi I’m Sarah
Drawing on 15 years’ City of London experience, a career as an award-winning investment journalist and rigorous training in finance and as coaching psychology, I create the space we all need to explore our challenges with money and related areas such as careers. Together, we explore how emotions, beliefs and entrenched behaviours can impact our financial choices and how we show up in our professional lives. We get proactive about financial and career goals and focus on empowerment, eduction and creating lasting change, not finding temporary, quick fixes.
My practice is non-judgmental and it encourages letting go of shame and decisions we’ve made in the past that we’re unhappy with. My approach is curious, creative, and because each of us are unique, I designed each of my sessions to suit the people I see, not in a way that conforms to templates, stereotypes, or norms.
